Demaray is led by Dr. R. Ernest Demaray, PhD.  Dr. Demaray has spent more than 50 years developing Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and other vacuum deposition technologies, processes and equipment.  Dr. Demaray has invented “world-changing” technologies including the process for and structure of ceramic coatings on jet engine turbine blades that operate in the ‘hot’ section of the engine – a process and coatings that are used still used by today’s jet aircraft.  Dr. Demaray continues to work at age 77 to develop new, extraordinary inventions and products all based on Demaray’s patented Biased Pulsed Direct Current (BPDC) Physical Vapor Deposition technology invented by Dr. Demaray and his team in early-2002.  Due to the breadth of applications and potential products that are being investigated by Demaray, the company often collaborates with other organizations, consultants and contractors who have specialized expertise in focused areas.  Demaray LLC also has engaged Prncipl Advisors, a management consulting firm, to provide executive and administrative services for Demaray’s business and R&D efforts, including negotiating contracts and licenses, managing relationships with contractors/service providers and other services.
